β±οΈ Game Format
Quarters: 4 quarters, 6-minute stopped clock each
If a team is up by 30 points at the start of the 4th quarter then clock will become a Running clock.
If a Team is up by 20 points with 3 minutes left then it becomes a running clock.
Halftime: 3β5 minutes
Warm-Up Time: 5 minutes prior to each game
π Timeouts
Each team is allowed 4 timeouts per game
π Overtime Rules
Season:
1-minute stopped clock overtime
If still tied Clock is turned off and Sudden Death will Occur
π« Fouls & Technical Fouls
Player Fouls Out: On 5 personal fouls
Team Fouls: Double bonus begins on the 5th team foul per quarter (resets each quarter)
Technical Fouls: 2 free throws and possession awarded to opposing team
π Game Ball Sizes
Boys 6th Grade & Below: 28.5 (Size 6)
Boys 7th Grade & Above: 29.5 (Size 7)
All Girls Divisions: 28.5 (Size 6)
π Free Throw Rule
4th Grade and above - Cannot cross the line on free throw until ball hits the rim
3rd Grade and below - Can cross the free throw line on shot attempt but cannot run in for rebound until ball hits the rim.
π₯ Skill Format
All divisions are now skill based. We will be working to match up all the divisions as est we can by skill level.
π¨ 25-Point Rule
For Divisions 6th Grade and below If a team leads by 25 points or more, full-court pressing is no longer allowed
ποΈ Facility Policies
No outside basketballs are allowed inside the gym
Warm-up and game balls will be provided
